Have you heard of the VARIATION MUSICALES DE TANNAY? This steadily-growing hidden gem of a concert series is actually in its 10th year.
Go discover this small but delightful and ambitious festival will be taking place in idyllic surroundings in the right bank town of Tannay in Vaud near Geneva from August 16 to 29.
The program is rich, with such illustrious guests as the dazzling Buniatishvili sisters, pianist Kit Armstrong and the renowned Capuçon brothers – Renaud on the violin and the dashing Gauthier on the cello, on different nights, and even an evening of Noche Cubana, which could prove to be quite steamy.
