Do not miss Geneva’s own International Film Festival – GIFF – running from November 2 -10. Its innovative director Emmanuel Cuenod and his team have put together an ambitious program of 164 works, including exciting films in competition, upcoming TV series, short films, digital and web novelties, moments for children and families, and important guests such as British directors Stephen Frears of MY BEAUTIFUL LAUNDRETTE and THE QUEEN, and Peter Greenaway who will be honored for his life’s work.
It will be taking place mainly around the Salle Communale de Plainpalais – at 52 Rue de Carouge, Geneva, and the Empire Cinema– at Rue de Carouge 72, Geneva.
