Every year during September Lutry old town is transformed to celebrate the end of the annual grape harvest.

Neuchâtel fête des vendanges – Friday 25 to Sunday 27 September 2015
For the 90th time the city of Neuchâtel celebrates the wine harvest. The party gets started at 18:00 on Friday and winds up at midnight on Sunday. Wine cellars open, parades abound. Festival website.
Varen wine festival – Friday 25 to Saturday 26 September 2015
The village of Varen in the commune of Leukerbad celebrates wine this weekend.
The weekend includes wine tasting in the town’s cellars as well as lively displays of grape crushing done the traditional way with bare feet. Festival website.
Leukerbad is also well known for its thermal pools, claiming to be the largest thermal spa resort in the Alps. 3.9 million litres of natural thermal water of up to 51°C fill its pools daily.
